The ingredients needed to prepare Pancake Cereal:
  1. Get 1 1/2 cup flour
  2. Use 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. Use 1 tsp salt
  4. Provide 1 tbs caster sugar
  5. Provide 1 cup buttermilk
  6. Prepare 1 egg
  7. Get 2 tbs melted butter
Instructions to make Pancake Cereal:
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, flour, baking powder, salt and caster sugar, until combined well
  2. Mix all the wet ingredients together, buttermilk, egg and melted butter, until combined well
  3. Combine both dry and wet ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk until smooth
  4. Pour mixture into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a tiny whole cut from the corner
  5. Heat fry pan to a medium high heat, add butter until melted
  6. Squeeze tiny dots onto the pan and cook until bubbles start to form (it wont take long!)
  7. Turn them all over and cook a few more minutes. You can use a heatproof utensil to assist with this (I used a fork)
  8. Serve hot as cereal and add any topping you like or just eat them one by one..
