The ingredients needed to make Dirty Rice:
  1. Prepare 1 pound ground meat
  2. Prepare 1 pound ground pork
  3. Provide 24 oz bottle of chicken broth
  4. Use half 32 oz beef broth
  5. Take Bell pepper
  6. You need 2 cloves minced garlic
  7. You need 1 medium onion
  8. Provide Green onion
  9. Get celery (optional)

  1. Brown ground pork and beef, season to taste. Drain.
