- Toss beef with cornstarch, egg white,crushed white pepper,sesame oil and salt in non-metal bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir fry beef until no longer pink, until cooked well nice and crispy take it out in a plate and set aside.
