  2. Prepare sugar
  3. You need water
  4. Get elaichi
  5. Prepare strands of kesar

Steps to make Sweet Bread:
  1. Cut bread slices into 4 pieces.
  2. Deep fry them till nice golden in colour and remove on tissue.
  3. In a pan add sugar and water and 2 crushed elaichi and kesar and cook till sugar is completely dissolved.Cook for 3 more mins.
  4. Let sugar syrup cool little. It should be warm. Dip the fried bread pieces and remove it in a plate. Garnish with chopped almonds and cashews.
  5. Note: Allow the sugar syrup to cool a little. It should be warm but not hot. If u add the bread pieces in hot syrup it will become soggy.
