  1. Prepare chuck roast
  2. Take onion, diced
  3. Prepare garlic, minced
  4. You need pepperoncini, sliced (about half 12oz jar)

  7. Provide Bou beef bouillon cube
  8. Prepare Bou mushroom gravy cube

  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. Generously season beef chuck with salt
  3. Heat a dutch oven with a very light drizzle of oil over high heat. Sear both sides of the chuck.
