The ingredients needed to prepare Caramel Popcorn:
- Prepare 125 Grams Butter
- Provide 3/4 Cup Brown sugar (white sugar is also fine)
- Get 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Take 2 Cups corn Popping
- Take 1/4 Cup Oil
Instructions to make Caramel Popcorn:
- Heat oil, and once it's hot enough, pop the corn. You will know it's hot enough, if corn slowly turns around in a circle.
- Make caramel: Combine butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Bring mixture to the boil. Boil, uncovered, without stirring, for 5 to 8 minutes or until light golden.
- Remove from heat. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and stir until popcorn is coated. Spread over a baking tray.
