- Use wheat flour
- Use finely chopped fresh fenugreek leaves
- Take green chillies ginger paste

- In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for stuffing.. Divide into equal portions. Take one rolled roti/ thepla..on it spread one portion of prepared stuffing as shown.
- Cover with another rolled roti/ methi thepla..press all over with hand.
- Roast prepared stuffed thepla with oil on non stick tawa on both sides. Similarly prepare another stuffed thepla.
