  1. Take 1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb) beef brisket, trimmed
  2. Provide 1 tsp onion salt
  3. Use 2 cloves garlic, cut in halves

  5. Provide 1 1/4 cups apple jelly
  6. You need 1/3 cup dry white wine or white wine vinegar
  7. Provide 3 tbsp brown mustard
