  1. Get 400 g (14.10 oz) Tomato
  2. You need 20 Basil leaves
  3. Get 1/2 Onion
  4. Take 1/4 Garlic
  5. Prepare 8 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
  6. Prepare 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  7. Use 2 tbsp Olive oil
  8. Use 1 tsp Fine salt
  9. Prepare 1 tsp White pepper powder

  1. Remove the tomato stem. Slightly cross cut the bottom and boil them for 30 secs.
  2. Soak in cold water to cool down and then peel the skin. Take the fruit off the skin with a spoon. This is the richest part, so better use it!
