  5. Prepare 3-4 tables spoons water
  6. Provide Crushed black pepper
  7. You need Salt (optional)

  1. Ingrediants and tools..here the flour crumped up so had to sievz it out and it didnt affect end result alhamdulillah…so i gues ot optional according to your cooking techs,and consistancy u t after…if like it thicker and less cheesy tasting can add but in a way u add it aside in separatly warm mixture cup then mix in
  2. Then for the dairylea it is added for its health benefits if cant gav on its own you add the other cheese…and it needs to be smoothed out/broken down.using back of spoon on edhes of pan while cookinh..as it is sticky but spreadable still amhamdulillah
  3. Simmer and stir until see som bubbles and forming on the surface…add cryshed black pepper…can use this sauce straight away on dishes of chioce bit can store in fridge in closed jar/container maybe few days and Inshaallah use on dishes as creamy potato or mac bakes or even as lasanya sauce(wud maybe need to double all the quantities,etc to get enouf sauce)
  4. Mashaallah,Here used on perfectly boiled aggs,see pics to get not over cooked eggs,
