- Provide All purpose flour
- Prepare chopped mango flavoured compound chocolate
- Provide chopped white compound chocolate
- You need milk or as required
- Take Condensed milk
- Get butter
- Prepare Powdered sugar
- Get baking powder
- You need M&Ms /cadbury Gems/ choco chips
Steps to make Mango Blondie Bars with M&Ms:
- Preheat oven @180C for 12-15 minutes
- Line a 7 inch square baking tray well with a over hang for easy removal of the blondies. I am doubling the recipe, therefore my tray is bigger.
- Chop the chocolates and add in a large mixing bowl. It's a one bowl recipe. Keep on a double boiler and melt the chocolates
- Also add the room temperature butter to the melting chocolates
- Once done switch off flame and set aside to cool a little. Mixture must be smooth.
