- Take Mushroom chopped
- Use Celery diced small
- You need Shallots finely chopped
- Take Large Onion diced small
- Use Chicken Stock
- Prepare freshly chopped Parsley

- Provide Bay Leaves

- Cook chopped onions, celery, and shallots with butter until soft in pot.
- Add chopped mushrooms until cooked.
