  10. Bake for about 30-35 mins or until toothpick test inserted into the center comes out clean or with a crumb or twoo attached. you can start testing at 30 mins because its better to check soon than to over bake
  11. Cool thw cakes on a wire rack 10 mins then loosen the edges by running a knife along the sides, turn the cakes out onto another hour before frosting😊
