  1. You need 2 eggs
  2. Use 2 egg whites
  3. Provide 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil

  4. divide into quarters. roll each quarter into a large circle as thin as possible . Cut into about 32 ..1 1/2-2 inch rounds.
  5. Each tortellini place about 1 teaspoon chickrn mix in center of round. Moisten the edges with water. Fold in half. seal edges. Shape into rinfs by stretching the tips of half circle slightly and wrapping the ring around your index finger. Gently press tips together .
