The ingredients needed to make Easy Stuffed Peppers:
- Provide 4 green bell peppers
- Get 1 onion, chopped
- Take 1 clove garlic, minced
- Get 1 lb ground beef
- Take 2 cup cooked rice
- Take 2 cup tomato sauce
Instructions to make Easy Stuffed Peppers:
- Cook beef and onions, drain fat. Add garlic and mix. Set aside
- Wash peppers. Cut tops off and scoop seeds out. Note: cut a little bit of pepper off each bottom so the peppers set level. Place on baking dish.
