  2. Use 1 pack Maitake mushrooms
  3. Use 50 grams Ground chicken breast
  4. Get 1 tsp Soy sauce
  5. Use 1 tsp Sake
  6. Take 1 Sesame oil

  1. Cut the green peppers up with kitchen scissors. Cut around the stem end of the peppers.
  2. The seeds come right out of the peppers with the stem.
