  1. Provide 5-6 tbsp Milk powder
  2. Get 2 tsp Vanilla essence
  3. Provide 1 tsp CMC
  4. Provide 3 tbsp GMS
  5. You need 13 tbsp powdered Sugar
  6. Take 3 tsp Corn flour
Instructions to make Vanilla Ice Cream:
  1. Add milk powder, corn flour, CMC, GMS in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of milk to it. Mix well.
  2. Now add milk and sugar in cooking pot. Bring it to boil. Now simmer this for 5 to 6 mins. Then add cornflour mixture and keep on mixing for 6-7 mins. This will start thickening.
  3. Let it cool, let it freeze in refrigerator for atleast 6-7 hours.
  4. After 6-7 hours, take the mixture out. - If the mixture is too hard, let it rest at room temperature for about 5 minutes. After 5-7 mins, blend the mixture for atleast 5-6 mins (with the help of food processor or beater). Add vanilla essence. Again blend the mixture for 2-3 mins. Smooth creamy mixture is ready.
  5. Now pour the mixture in shallow container. Cover it with aluminium foil (to avoid ice crystals).
  6. Let the ice cream set for atleast 5 to 6 hrs.
