  1. Provide 30/40 Mushrooms (Portobello or White)
  2. Prepare 1 (6 oz) can of lump crab meat
  3. Use 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  4. You need 6 cloves garlic minced
  5. Get 1/4 cup butter (half stick)
  6. Take 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  7. Use 1 small yellow onion finely chopped
  8. Use 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
  9. Take 1/2 cup Parmesan grated cheese

  3. Add crab meat, bread crumbs, green onions and 1/4 cup grated cheese, 1 teaspoon Paprika. Mix thoroughly. Cook on low heat until cheese melts and remove from heat.
