The ingredients needed to prepare Turkey spicy roast:
- Take 750 grams Turkey (cut into big pieces)
- You need 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 2 tbsp Crushed red chilli
- Use 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- You need 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 Lime (big)
- Take 1 small Cinnamon stick

- Wash Turkey pieces and marinate with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and keep for 30 mins.
- Meanwhile fry sesame seeds, cinnamon and clove, rice until light brown. Grind as powder
- Cook the Turkey in the pressure cooker with 1cup water (after 1st whistle reduce the flame and cook for 15min to 20 mins)

- Mix the paste gently with the pieces and keep for 1 hour.
- Now pour oil in a pan fry two pieces at a time in a medium flame thoroughly. Take the excess oil from the pan and add the stock cook until it comes thick.
- Now add the fried pieces and roll gently and remove.
- Serve with mayo.
