  1. Use 2 eggs
  2. Get 2 corn tortilla
  3. Use 1 Roma tomato diced
  4. Prepare 1 quarter yellow onion fine diced
  5. Use 1/2 jalapeno seeded/diced
  6. Take 1 lime zest/juiced
