  2. Now take the oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies, pinch of asafoetida and sauté for a while. Now add finely chopped onion and cook it until onion get soft. Now add boiled pumpkin, samber masala, salt and mix it well.
