- Take for kachori dough–
- Get 1/2 cup maida (pain flour)
- You need 1/2 cup rava/ sooji (semolina)
- Take 1/4 tsp baking soda

- Take 1/4 cup tamarind chutney(imli)
- You need 1 Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Provide 1 Tsp chaat masala
- Get 1 Tsp dry Amchur powder
- Provide 1 Tsp salt
- Prepare 1/2 cup besan sev
- You need 1/2 cup boondi
- Take 1/2 cup pomegranate
- Use 2 tbsp chopped onion
- Use 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
Steps to make Raj kachori:
- Firstly take a poori and make a hole. The poori turns crisp once cooled completely (after 2 hours)
- Stuff with 1 tbsp boiled potato, 1 tbsp boiled chana and 2 tbsp boiled moong dal.
- Also, pour 2 tbsp curd, you can make curd sweet by mixing sugar power to it.
- Now pour a tsp of green(coriander leaves, Mint, green chillies) chutney and tamarind chutney (Sugar, tamarind, chat masala, salt)
- Also sprinkle chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, aamchur and salt.
- Further drizzle half tsp of curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
- Garnish with 2 tbsp sev, 1 tbsp boondi, 1 tbsp pomegranate, 1 tsp coriander and 2 tsp onion.
