- You need 4-5 andouille sausage links, halved and sliced
- Get 1 onion diced
- Prepare 1 red bell pepper, diced
- Take 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- You need 1 tsp garlic salt
- Take 1/2 lb shredded chicken
- Take 2 cups chicken stock
- You need 1 cup tomato sauce
- Use 1 (15 oz) can red beans
- Get 1 cup rice
- Get 2 spring onions, sliced
