  1. Provide 1 pound chicken breast
  2. Get 1/2 cup flour
  3. Prepare 1/2 lemon
  4. You need 1 clove minced garlic
  5. Provide 2 sprigs thyme
  6. Use 1 cup Marsala wine
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup chicken broth
  8. You need 6 oz Mushrooms sliced
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoons butter
  10. Get Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Steps to make Chicken Marsala:
  1. Pound chicken thin. Season with Salt and pepper an dredge in flour
  2. Sauté chicken in olive oil and butter til golden brown on both sides
  3. Remove from pan and keep warm in oven
  4. Add some more olive oil to pan and add mushrooms. After abt 5 minutes add minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add the flour to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add the wine and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the chicken broth and thyme.

  9. Cook for about 10 minutes or until chicken is done and the sauce has thickened slightly. If to thick add some more broth.
  10. Serve with Angel hair pasta or Garlic Roasted Mashed Potatoes.
