The ingredients needed to prepare Turnip Potage:
  1. Use 300 g turnips
  2. Take 100 g red turnips
  3. Use 20 g turnip greens (optional)
  4. You need 1 potato
  5. Use 400 ml water
  6. Provide 200 ml milk
  7. Use 1 pinch salt and pepper
  8. Provide 1 pinch parsley
Instructions to make Turnip Potage:
  1. Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Chop the turnip greens. Put 1 Tbsp of olive oil into a pot with all the vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
