- You need 1 cup rice (210g approx)
- Provide 1 1/2 cup water (370g/400cc approx)

- Rinse the rice with running water quickly. Pour out water. Like pushing the rice by the bottom of your palm with a little water gently and rinse it. Repeat this a couple times. Not just rinse but polishing the rice.
