  1. Prepare 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye
  2. Take 4-5 cups broccoli
  3. You need 1 cup sliced onion
  4. Provide 1/2-3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  5. Prepare 2 T packed brown sugar

  7. Provide 3 T corn starch

  1. Pour 2T olive oil in a pan and heat it.
  2. Coat steak in 1T corn starch, sprinkle salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste. Put in heated oil. Cook until almost done- stirring constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
