  2. Prepare 4 small
  3. Use 2 big tomatoes
  4. You need 2-3 Kashmiri Red chilli

  7. Get 1 small chopped onion
  8. You need Boiling Pasta
  9. Use as required Water

Steps to make Red Sauce Pasta:
  1. Take pan, to that add some water. Bring that to a boil, and add some salt and 2 tbsp oil.To that add 1&1/4 cup of pasta
  2. Let pasta cook for 5-10 mins until it is soft to cut. It should be little bit raw as it will be later cooked with sauce also.
  3. Now for red sauce take a pan to that add 2 big/4 small tomatoes, 4 Kashmiri red chilli.
  4. Add some water and boil it for 5 mins or untill tomatoes skin just come off.
  5. Now remove the eyes and skin tomato and the head part of chillies and add them to the mixer grinder jar. Grind them until we get a smooth paste.
  6. To that paste add 1/4 cup of water to make it little thin
  7. Now in a saucepan add 2 tbsp of butter. Let that simmer and then add 4-5 sliced pods of garlic.
  8. Stir the garlic untill it is.golden brown and then add 1 small chopped onion. Stir it until it becomes golden brown.
  9. Now to that add the prepared red sauce, some tomato puree(optional), some red chilli sauce, some salt and the black pepper.
  10. Stir the mixture untill it comes to boil and then add the boiled pasta and stir it well. As told in step-2 the pasta will cook completley in this stage. So let it cook at medium flame for 5 mins
  11. Now to that pasta add 2-3 cheese slices and mix it well.
  12. Now remove pasta from heat and serve it. For decoration add some more cheese cube and mixed herbs.
  13. Red sauce pasta is ready….. It just tastes amazing and super tasty
