- Get 500 gm Pene pasta

- Then in the same pan add, 2tbsp of butter and 1tsp of oil in it add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, herbs,oregano and saute it for 2 mins.
- Then after that in it add 2tsp of flour (maida) and mix them properly so that no lumps occur. Saute it well for 5 min in low flame untill slight golden
- Now, add cold milk slowly and stir it with one hand so that no lumps occur.Then pour all the milk mix them and now add boil pasta and all the fry veggies.Cook for 1min and turn off the gas.
- Pasta is ready.
