The ingredients needed to prepare Lobster Dynamite:
- Take 4 Lobsters Cooked (from 1.5 to 2 lbs)
- Prepare 1 lb Button Mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- Provide 2 Cups Japanese Mayonnaise
- Provide 2 tsp Soya sauce
- Prepare 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- Take 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
Steps to make Lobster Dynamite:
- Split Lobster in half lengthwise. Remove meat from inside and from claws and cut in 1 inch pieces, set aside. Clean lobster shell by rinsing with cold water.
