  1. Provide 1 big cauliflower head, washed and grated
  2. Use 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. Get 1/2 head chopped garlic
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  5. Get 2-3 tsp butter
  6. Use 1/2 c chicken- cooked or leftover, chopped

  1. Prepping the cauliflower: You can use a box grater or a regular one, as long as it turns out like couscous.
