- Get 1 medium sized cauliflower
- Get 2 cups Boiled rice
- Provide 2 medium sized onions

- Boil rice and keep aside.
- Cut cauliflower into small pods, soak it in hot water with little salt for say 5 minutes, drain and keep aside.
- Take any ready-made Bajji bonda mix or your own mix, make cauliflower pakoda and keep aside.
- Heat little oil in a pan, add chopped onions and saute till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for few minutes.
