  1. Get 1 cup cauliflower
  2. You need 3 tbsp rice flour

  1. Remove the cauliflower florets and put in a vessel containing boiling water mixed with salt and a tsp of turmeric powder. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.Drain the cauliflower in a colander.Then boil it in water again so that 80% of the florets gets cooked. Drain the florets in the colander.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together to form a paste and marinate the florets.Keep it aside for sometime. I kept it in the fridge for some time.
  3. In a kadai, add oil after it becomes hot, add the marinated florets one by one. Deep fry. Cauliflower fry is ready.
