The ingredients needed to make Simply Roasted Potatoes:
  1. Get potatoes
  2. Provide Rock salt
  3. Use goose fat
  4. Get black pepper
  5. You need olive oil
Steps to make Simply Roasted Potatoes:
  1. Pre heat the oven to 200 C/400 F.
  2. Peel and cut in half the potatoes.
  3. Boil for about 12-15 minutes in salted water. A Knife Blade should go in without any resistance once cooked.
  4. In a ceramic oven proof dish put 3 tsp of olive oil and the goose fat and then place in the pre heated oven to heat ready for the potatoes.
