The ingredients needed to make Pandan Shrikhand:
  1. Prepare thick Greek yogurt (500gms)
  2. Take maple syrup
  3. Take pandan extract
  4. Use desiccated coconut
  5. Get Chopped roasted nuts of your choice (optional)
  6. Take Hung yogurt is simply yogurt drained rendering thick
Steps to make Pandan Shrikhand:
  1. To achieve a "hung yogurt". Sart off by emptying the yogurt in a muslin cloth. Hand it over a bowl to drain any excess liquid.
  2. Leave to drain for about half hour. Leaving you an even thicker yogurt - almost like a soft cheese texture.
  3. Remove from muslin place in a mixing bowl
