  1. Prepare party wings
  2. Prepare bottle of Stubbs Chicken Marinade Citrus and Onion
  3. Get bottle of Stubbs Wicked Habenero Pepper Wing Sauce
  4. Provide olive oil butter
  5. Take Raw honey
  6. Get Salt
  7. Get Pepper
  8. Provide Hickory natural wood chips
  9. Use Aluminum pan
  10. Prepare Zip lock
  11. Prepare simply apple juice
Steps to make Habanero Smoked Wings!:
  1. Clean wings and place them in a zip lock bag with onion and citrus marinade.
  2. Preheat electric smoker to 225 degrees.
  3. Place aluminum pan in smoker with apple juice, on the bottom rack(smokers some times have a drip pan but this saves cleaning time!)
  4. Once preheated, lay wings directly on smoker rack above apple juice. Add wood chips and smoke for 1.5 hours.
  5. Mix in bowl, wing sauce, melted butter, honey, pepper, and salt until you have you desired taste.
  6. Toss wings in sauce. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 35-40mins, flipping half way through. Remove and enjoy!
  7. We used cashewyogurt and french onion dip seasoning as “ranch”. Enjoy!
