  8. Grease the doughs with oil, cover and rest for 20 minutes.
  9. After 20 minutes, knead the dough slightly again.
  10. Now take in all colour dough makes small balls. Then take red colour ball make a strip further make green colour strip, white colour strip.
  11. Further combined all strip together. And roll it.
  12. Roll the dough into oval shape.
  13. Now cut it horizontally, diving into 2 equal portions using a knife.
  14. Grease with water and make a cone. gently press so that it seals properly.
  15. Stuff 2 tbsp of prepared samosa masala into the cone.
  16. Grease little water on the edges.
  17. Pull back and create a pleat. this is very important as you are creating the backbone, helping samosa to stand.
  18. Now close and seal tightly by pressing firmly.
  19. Firstly, heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the samosa on a low flame.
