- Take 1/4 cup Cabbage chopped
- Get Spring onions leaves 1/8 cup
- Get 1/8 cup Peas boiled
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt
- Get 1/2 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
- You need Samosa dough as required
Steps to make Assorted Samosas:
- Prepare potato filling. Add oil in a pan add potatoes and cook for a minute.
- Add all the spices mentioned. Give a good mix.
- Add coriander and green chillies. Mix
- Allow it to cool completely before filling in samosa patti.
- Prepare qeema filling. Dump all the ingredients in a pot. Donot add oil.
- Cook until the water of qeema dries and qeema is tender.
