- Get 1 pinch Salt
- Prepare Teaspoon Pepper
- Provide 1 dash Onion

- Take 1 can Rotel

- A package of ground beef

- Then rub the sauce on top of the meatloaf
- Cook the meat loaf for 50 minutes!
