- You need 1 Pound ground beef
- Provide 1/2 cup chopped onions
- Take 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- You need 1 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Prepare 1 slightly beaten egg
- Provide 8 ounce canned tomatoes
- Take 1/4 cup oats
