  1. You need 300 gram chicken Keema
  2. Provide 3/4 cup long grain soaked rice(you can soaked the rice for 10m)

  4. Now draine rice & spread it in a plate.
  5. Roll the chicken balls very well on rice so that it is well coated.
  6. Grease your steamer plate with a little oil.
  7. Place the rice coated chicken balls on it.
  8. Close the lid of the steamer.
  9. Steame it for 15 to 20 minutes. Decorate it with chopped 🥕 or yellow food colour to look like a flower.
