- You need 4 large skinless chicken breast
- Use 1 tbsp salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp pepper
- You need 1 tbsp celery salt
- Get 1 tbsp garlic salt
- Take 1 uncooked packet flour tortilla
- Use 1 (32 oz) chicken brooth
Steps to make Chicken & Dumplings:
- Boil chicken breast in large pot in 4 cups of water with salt, pepper, celery salt, and garlic salt 20 to 25 minutes. Save chicken broth.
- Dice or shred chicken and put back in chicken broth. Turn heat on medium and add flour tortilla's. Either tear into small pieces or cut them and slowly add to chicken and broth.
- As you add you may need to add new chicken broth to keep from being to dry. Stir and simmer on low 20 to 30 minutes. Add extra salt and pepper to your taste. Enjoy!!
