  1. Prepare Rapeseed oil (or other oil suitable for medium-high temp)
  2. Take cooked brown basmati rice (better if it's a day old)
  3. You need diced cooked chicken
  4. Provide medium onion - diced (I used a red onion)
  5. Take red pepper - diced
