The ingredients needed to make Roast chicken:
- Get 1 whole chicken
- You need 1/2 c kikkoman
- You need 1/4 c knorr seasoning
- Prepare 10 calamansi, squeezed. Reserve the skin
- Take 4 cloves minced garlic
- Get 1 t crushed black pepper
- Prepare 1 t thyme or rosemary
- Prepare 1 small bag of baby potato

- Prep the chicken and wash potatoes. Set aside.
