The ingredients needed to prepare Fresh Pasta:
- Provide 250 g 00 (Pasta) Flour
- You need 2 free-range eggs
- Take 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Take 1 litre water to boil pasta
- Take 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions to make Fresh Pasta:
- On a clean surface, tip out the flour and make a well in the middle of the flour, add the eggs and slowly beat to incorporate.
- Adding more flour little by little to form a dough. Knead for 5 minutes then set aside in clingfilm in the fridge to prove for 30 minutes.
- Using either a pasta machine or a rolling pin, roll out the pasta to desired thickness (about 2mm thick) which is quite thin, cut into long strips or use a spaghetti or tagliatelle attachment.
