- Take Olive oil
- Get 1 lb dry small red beans (not kidney)
- Take 1 lb smoked sausage
- Get 1 lb smoked ham
- Take 2 green bell peppers

- Provide 2 cloves garlic

- Prepare 3 chicken bouillon cubes

- Get 1 Tblsp garlic powder
- Prepare 1 Tblsp Cajun seasoning

- Prepare 4 bay leaves
- Take 1 tsp fresh parsely
- Take Few dashes of Worcestershire
- Use Pinch sugar
- Use Cooked rice (your choice)
- Provide Green onions chopped

- Sort out and soak the red beans the night before
- Cut up all your meats and veggies and start browning the sausage in a pot with just a bit of olive oil
