The ingredients needed to prepare Moukhabbas:
- Provide 1 medium-sized eggplant 350g
- Take 150 g Good quality plain yogurt
- Use 100 g Minced meat
- You need 1/4 bunch Chopped parsley
- Take 1 clove crushed garlic
Steps to make Moukhabbas:
