- You need 6 dl water (warmed to lukewarm)
- Prepare 25 g yeast
- Use 2 dl oats rolled
- You need 1 dl flax seeds
- Provide 3 dl rye flour wholemeal

- Take 2 tablespoons syrup dark
- Take 1 tablespoon honey
