- Provide 6 chicken thighs
- Get 1 onion, diced
- Use 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Get 1 tsp turmeric
- Use 1 tsp cumin seeds

- Take 1 pack microwave brown rice (or 250g cooked rice)
- Prepare 1 tbsp olive oil

- Put the onions, garlic, lemon juice, turmeric and cumin seeds in an ovenproof dish. Add the olive oil and mix together.
