  1. You need 1 kg lamb meat
  2. Get 1,5 kg chicken (1 chicken)
  3. Take 2 cups long grain white rice
  4. Take 2 tbsp stakovoutiro (traditional Cretan butter from goat's milk)
  5. Use allspice
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup lemon juice

  1. Wash the meats thoroughly and boil them together over low heat for about 2 hours, adding a tbsp of salt to the water as well as the pepper.
